niceph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the niceph platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the niceph platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. niceph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top.

If you are accessing niceph on behalf of a third party or as an agent, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be treated as acceptance by that party.

To register and maintain an account on niceph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. niceph strictly prohibits access by minors. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. niceph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction applicable to you.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of niceph is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on niceph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of niceph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. niceph may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your niceph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify niceph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. You may update your details by contacting customer support.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except where such activity results directly from niceph's negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members, friends, or associates.

niceph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. In the event of suspected account compromise, niceph may temporarily suspend your account pending verification of your identity.

All financial transactions on the niceph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). niceph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on niceph:

1. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. niceph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification.
3. niceph reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction that triggers internal compliance thresholds, including but not limited to anti-money laundering checks.
4. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where niceph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
5. niceph does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which niceph accepts no responsibility.
6. Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered niceph account within seventy-two (72) hours may be returned to the originating account, less any applicable bank charges.

niceph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all niceph bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion. niceph reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements for other promotions will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• niceph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the niceph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• niceph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to independent oversight.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on niceph's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final.
• niceph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. niceph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, and card-counting software.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the niceph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full disclosure to niceph.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with niceph.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system used by niceph.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward niceph staff or other players.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to niceph immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

niceph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered niceph players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity are available to all players.

All content on the niceph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of niceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the niceph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any niceph content without prior written authorisation.
• Use any niceph trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the niceph platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of niceph's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, niceph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history, transaction records, or game results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials published on the niceph platform.

niceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niceph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude niceph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

niceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

You may close your niceph account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the niceph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting niceph's customer support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

niceph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, niceph will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, niceph will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the niceph platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

niceph encourages you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions and constitutes the entire agreement between you and niceph with respect to the subject matter herein.
